Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you receive your preferred item is to return the original piece and place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
